No Minimum Order Quantity

At DESHAPRIYA HOLDING (PVT) LTD (Ceylonest) you can start by placing small order
quantities. There is no minimum order quantity with Ceylonest. All prices are depending on the
quantity you order.

Private Labeling

All product specifications are made and designed (Packing material/label specifications) as per
the client’s or buyer’s instructions. Please contact us for more details.

Samples

Samples are available for any orders. Courier cost (DHL Express) should be paid by the
customer

Shipping Methods and Time

Shipping options are SEA shipping and AIR shipping (AIR-Arrival within 3-7 days), (As per the
client’s request). we can arrange your order in your preferred way either SEA or AIR. SEA
shipping leading time is varied to the countries by the distance from us (Sri Lanka).
Doorstep delivery shipping is also available as per the client’s request.

Payment Terms

All orders will be processed for shipment once we have received your full payment by PayPal,
Credit Card, Bank transfer, or L/C.
However, for Large orders, always get our discounts and best prices.

Reasonable Costs – We have very reasonable shipping costs. If you purchase a combination of
products the shipping price will be adjusted automatically and displayed. Use our cart to
calculate shipping costs for different combinations of items. The process is straightforward and
doesn’t require opening an account.

unit shipping costs decrease as your order quantity increases.

Tracking Numbers

At the close of the day when the order is dispatched (Colombo Time – Sri Lanka), we send an
email containing a tracking number. This tracking code can be entered at
www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html to track the progress of your order.
